Photos: Texas Longhorns hold women's basketball open practice as season approaches

The Texas Longhorns hosted an open practice on Monday in the Moody Center with the beginning of the 2026/27 season approaching . Head coach Vic Schaefer showed off his roster, including the third-best freshman class in the country, made up of Amalia Holguin, Brihanna Crittendon, Addison Bjorn, Lizzy Spaight and Isi Etute. Schaefer also added depth in the transfer portal with former Oklahoma guard Zya Vann as well as a late signing from Austrailian professional player Jayda Clark .
