Player of the month honour for Armagh star Mackin

Shane O'Neills history-maker Aimee Mackin has been honoured with The Croke Park Hotel/LGFA Player of the Month award for September. The Armagh star, who is also nominated for an All-Star and Players’ Player of the Year award, celebrated a landmark club success recently. The lethal 29-year-old attacker scored a remarkable tally of 1-12 in the Armagh county final last month as Shane O’Neills claimed the title for the very first time. That remarkable individual display followed on from a semi-final performance against Carrickcruppen, where she registered 3-05.
