Rams’ Myles Garrett on track to finally come off IR in time for Commanders clash

The Los Angeles Rams traded for Myles Garrett to secure themselves another Lombardi Trophy, but now they are relying on him just to get back into the playoff picture. The superstar edge rusher, who already has a bust waiting for him in Canton, is set to return from arthroscopic knee surgery and suit up in Sunday afternoon’s road game versus the Washington Commanders , according to Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport from NFL Network and ESPN. Garrett logged 40 snaps in a miserable 27-7 season-opening loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne, Australia before landing on injured reserve.
