Rams OLB Myles Garrett won't return to practice this week

Myles Garrett is eligible to come off injured reserve at any time after missing the last four games, but he still needs more time to recover from knee surgery. Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay confirmed on Tuesday that Garrett will not return to practice this week, meaning he will not come off IR just yet. The Rams can open Garrett's 21-day practice window whenever they'd like, but if they do so, he will need to be activated off IR within those three weeks.
