Ravens Claim G Christian Haynes

The Seahawks will not have an opportunity to pass Christian Haynes through to their practice squad. The third-year guard did not clear waivers, with ESPN’s Adam Schefter reporting the Ravens submitted a successful claim. Haynes became the odd man out after the Seahawks sent the Colts third- and fifth-round picks for Quenton Nelson on Tuesday. Seattle waived Haynes , and Baltimore will pick up his third-round contract. Haynes’ rookie deal runs through 2027 and contains no guaranteed money next year. This will send a former No. 81 overall pick to a Baltimore team reeling on the interior O-line.
