Recap: OKC Blue look flat in Opening Night 94-79 loss to Mexico City Capitanes

The OKC Blue were on the wrong side in their Opening Night with a 94-79 loss to the Mexico City Capitanes on Friday. The home defeat dropped their record to 0-1 in the 2026-27 regular season. Offensive woes were the name of the game. The Blue had a slow start with a 28-21 deficit after the first quarter. Not much improvement in the second frame with just a measly 14 points. OKC entered halftime in a 44-35 hole. Sadly, the second half was much the same story. The Blue never truly mounted a comeback.
