Richarlison deserves credit not ridicule after Tottenham Under-21s appearance

Ally McCoist believes Richarlison’s attitude is proving he deserves a return to Tottenham’s first team squad. The striker played his first match for the club in two months; however, it was for the Under-21s in the Jersey Mike’s Trophy at Cheltenham Town on Tuesday night. The Brazil international was left out of the Premier League squad by Roberto De Zerbi at the start of the season . Meanwhile, he did not feature in either of Spurs’ Carabao Cup games with Charlton and Liverpool, although he was on the bench for the former.
