Russell Wilson encourages Seahawks to make life easier for struggling Sam Darnold

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold couldn’t get much momentum going against the Chicago Bears in Monday’s 34-17 Week 8 loss. Chicago’s newly acquired star Jeffery Simmons proved to be worth the two first-round picks traded to the Tennessee Titans, as he was in Darnold’s face throughout the evening. But it was another example of Darnold struggling, and now former NFL quarterback Russell Wilson has a message for the franchise. During the latest segment of “Set Hut,” Wilson implored the Seahawks to do something to make life easier for the 29-year-old signal caller.
