Seahawks To Move Grey Zabel To RG; Several Teams Were In Quenton Nelson Mix

Quenton Nelson stepped into the left guard role in the Colts’ lineup in Week 1 of his rookie year, doing so after starting 36 games at that position in Notre Dame. The future Hall of Famer manned the LG post throughout his time in Indianapolis. Unsurprisingly, the Seahawks will not make him change up despite the player he’s preparing to replace — Anthony Bradford — playing on the right side. Nelson will play left guard in Seattle, per Mike Macdonald ( via the Seattle Times’ Bob Condotta ), while Grey Zabel will slide to RG.
