Former England rugby captain Phil Vickery has caused quite a stir online after showcasing his impressive new physique at a recent bodybuilding show. The World Cup winner and former British Lion was competing at an event in Hull last weekend, and says preparing for the competition has helped both his mental and physical health. Vickery has previously opened up about his struggles in the recent past, and even admitted he once considered taking his own life after struggling to come to terms with his probable chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) diagnosis two years ago.
