Suns' Dillon Brooks ejected from NBA Cup game against Nuggets

Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks received a flagrant 2 fould and was ejected in the third quarter of Friday's game against the Denver Nuggets in NBA Cup group play at Mortgage Matchup Center. Brooks kicked out his right leg upward in attempting a jump shot and caught Nuggets guard Jamal Murray in the groin area. Brooks and Murray are from Canada and teammates on the Canadian national team. Brooks was first called for an offensive foul as Murray went down in pain and gingerly jogged back to the Denver bench.
