Texans turn to Woody Marks as new RB1 with David Montgomery sidelined in Week 6

The Houston Texans brought running back David Montgomery in to take over as the No. 1 running back for Houston. However, he has proven to be inefficient through the first few games of the season and also left the Texans ' win against the Tennessee Titans with an injury. In Montgomery's absence, last year's leading rusher, Woody Marks, stepped in. Marks found some success on the ground with 62 rushing yards and an average of 4.1 yards per carry. He was also involved in the passing game with four receptions for 23 yards.
