Two late West Brom goals sink Wrexham to 16th

West Brom staged a dramatic late revival to beat Wrexham 2-1 at The Racecourse on Tuesday. Kieffer Moore's stunning second-half strike gave Wrexham hope that they could claim back-to-back home wins for the first time since February. But West Brom scored twice in five minutes through Isaac Price and Aune Heggebo to stop the Sky Bet Championship rot after derby defeats to Wolves and Birmingham. The win lifts Albion back into the playoff places and piles the pressure on Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson with the Red Dragons having won only twice in 10 league games.
