UEFA draws 2027 Nations League groups that will decide Europe’s 2028 Olympic qualifiers

November 4 – UEFA has drawn the groups for the 2027 Women’s Nations League which will also act as a qualifier for four nations to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic games. Reigning world and UEFA Nations League champions Spain have been drawn with Norway, Ireland and Switzerland in the group phase. Spain lost to Germany in the play-off for the Bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Women’s Euro champions England, who have struggled in the Nation League, were drawn against France, Austria and Portugal.
