UFC 334 Title Fight Gets Official Backup Fighter

The upcoming UFC 334 co-main event UFC women’s bantamweight title fight between Kayla Harrison and Amanda Nunes now has a backup fighter. The UFC sometimes books backup fighters for title fights as insurance, just in case something happens to either of the participants in the bout, so the promotion isn’t left in a situation where it has to cancel a title fight. The upcoming women’s 135 lbs title fight now has a backup just in case that very scenario rears its ugly head.
