Valkyries parade will close S.F. streets. Here's how to get there

The Valkyries' WNBA championship parade on Wednesday spans two cities, includes a boat crossing and will require an intricate web of road closures in downtown San Francisco. That's the hope of five transit operators who have scrambled to provide extra service, longer trains and specialized maps for fans awaiting the team's grand entrance at noon. A boat docking at the Ferry Building will deliver 15 players - and their entourage - to a massive receiving line, likely spreading along the waterfront to Oracle Park. Revelers can arrive as early as 9 a.m. Just imagine trying to find a parking spot.
