Warriors’ Draymond Green fires back at Dillon Brooks by calling out ‘de-escalate’ BS after recent skirmish

What happens when two of the NBA’s biggest trash-talkers meet? Draymond Green learned it firsthand. The latest confrontation between the Golden State Warriors’ veteran and Dillon Brooks took place during the Bay Area team’s win over the Phoenix Suns. Brooks claimed he stepped into Tuesday’s altercation to calm things down. Green strongly disagreed with that explanation during a recent appearance on his podcast, arguing that Brooks’ actions did not match his claim. “He was talking. He came in talking, putting his shoulder on my shoulder, putting his chest on my shoulder. You know that ain’t how you de-escalate,” Green said.
