Carlos Alcaraz has expressed his frustration at the number of mandatory events on the ATP Tour and he may now follow through with his threat to miss key events in 2027. Alcaraz won the ATP 500 title in Tokyo last week and appeared to enjoy his time on court at an event he opted to play despite the quick turnaround from the Laver Cup in London a few days earlier.
