4X Pro Bowl QB Offers Himself for Head Coaching Job and Calls for Change at Alma Mater After Five Losses

Jeff Garcia has watched San Jose State stumble for years, and he’s apparently had enough of the excuses. The former 49ers quarterback isn’t just criticizing his alma mater’s failures anymore. He’s publicly offering to coach the Spartans himself, putting the struggling program’s leadership under the spotlight. I’m ready when you are!” Sharing an old photograph from his playing days at San Jose State, Jeff Garcia used the post to revisit the program’s history since 1996.
