Alexander Zverev shares true feelings after benefitting from Jannik Sinner announcement

Alexander Zverev has admitted that he wants to see Jannik Sinner back on the tour even though he’s benefited the most from the Italian’s absence. Until this year, the German was missing two things from his tennis CV: a Grand Slam title and the No. 1 ranking. He’s now won two Majors and is guaranteed to reach the top of the rankings after Sinner announced an early end to his 2026 season . Zverev’s first Grand Slam trophy came at Roland Garros, when Sinner wilted in the heat during a shock second-round defeat.
