Bournemouth ‘name Alex Scott price’ with Chelsea in hot pursuit of midfielder in January transfer window

BOURNEMOUTH have slapped MORE THAN £100MILLION on Alex Scott amid interest from Chelsea. The Blues are keen on landing the England midfielder when the January transfer window opens. But they will have to splash out above £100m to tempt the Cherries into selling one of their prized assets. And even a nine-figure offer might not be enough, with Bournemouth unwilling to sanction a move if they are battling relegation. According to talkSPORT’s Alex Crook, the South Coast club would only consider selling Scott, 23, if their huge asking price is met and they are clear of danger.
