On June 14, 2026, Cooper Pratt was playing shortstop for the Milwaukee Brewers’ Triple-A affiliate in Nashville. Fast forward four months and two weeks, Pratt has become the unquestioned starting shortstop for the World Series-winning Brewers franchise. He started all 13 postseason games for the Brewers, including their 4-1 clinching win over the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 5 of the World Series, and he can now call himself a champion at the ripe young age of 22. It wasn’t that long ago when Pratt wasn’t even a big-leaguer yet.
