Former UK prime minister denies exorcism claim over player transfer

Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has denied he was part of a church exorcism with ex-Scotland manager Craig Levein as he attempted to sign a player. The denial claim follows an anecdote narrated by Levein, which dates back to his time as manager of Scottish side Raith Rovers in 2006, on the Undr the Cosh podcast. "Gordon's prepared to do a lot for Raith Rovers but he's never attended an exorcism," a spokesperson for Brown told The Telegraph . ESPN have contacted the office of Gordon and Sarah Brown for comment.
