Michelle Beadle says women in sports media can’t act like Pat McAfee: ‘I could never be that soft’

Michelle Beadle knows she never would have survived a career in sports media if she were as soft as Pat McAfee has proven to be lately. ESPN took College GameDay to Salt Lake City last weekend to highlight the University of Utah, and McAfee made it clear he has no intention of ever returning after the school made him feel “ very, very uncomfortable. ” McAfee’s gripe stemmed from a video shared by the university’s social media accounts in which Utah Student Experience asked several students to do their best McAfee impressions.
