Minnesota Vikings lose, saving the 1972 Miami Dolphins' 17-0 mark

On the first day of November and with the season not even half over, the NFL's last unbeaten team fell. The Detroit Lions defeated the Minnesota Vikings 19-15 — meaning the 1972 Dolphins will remain the league's only undefeated champions. The surviving Dolphins from that perfect Super Bowl team have been celebrating every year once the NFL's last undefeated team loses. They usually have champagne and make a toast - and share that on social media.
