Pop the champagne, because Vikings’ loss to Lions means 1972 Dolphins still alone

The Miami Dolphins fanbase can rejoice once again . Not about their current team at the moment, but their memorably historic campaign in 1972. Miami won two Super Bowl titles throughout the 1970s. One of those championships saw them reach the mountaintop in 1972, going undefeated to make history as the only team to pull off the feat. Tom Brady and the New England Patriots came close to joining them in 2007, but they lost to Eli Manning and the New York Giants.
