Rams Sign Record-Setting Kicker After Devastating Bills Loss

The Los Angeles Rams needed only a few hours to turn Monday night’s kicking frustration into a roster change. NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported Tuesday that Los Angeles is signing Blake Grupe from the Jets’ practice squad. The move comes as the Rams replace Harrison Mevis following a 37-34 overtime loss to the Buffalo Bills. New #Rams K Blake Grupe was claimed off waivers by the #Jets after rosters were pared to 53. He never kicked for them and was moved to the practice squad. Grupe heads to LA under ST coordinator Bubba Ventrone.
