Rick Jackson Could Bring a Winning Mentality Back to Atlanta Falcons Football

ATLANTA — Atlanta Falcons fans have spent years waiting for a football team that consistently competes for championships. Rick Jackson believes Georgia needs more leaders who understand what it takes to build something successful. Normally we talk college football, but… Jackson’s background as a businessman gives him a different perspective on organizational leadership. Rather than accepting mediocrity, his approach emphasizes accountability, performance and getting the right people into the right positions. That philosophy should sound familiar to Falcons fans and DFS insiders alike. Building a successful football organization requires more than signing talented players.
