Rowley appointed new Tigers head coach

Paul Rowley has been confirmed as the new Castleford Tigers head coach after signing a three-year deal with the club. Rowley left St Helens in July with the club on their way to missing out on the Super League play-offs for the first time, having previously been in charge of Salford prior to the club's financial collapse in 2025. He takes over at the Tigers following the departure of Australian Ryan Carr for personal reasons two months ago.
