Spanish media make dramatic Harvey Elliott U-turn as Liverpool star sends message from bench

Harvey Elliott has received his first flowers from the Spanish media after helping Valencia rescue a point against Racing Santander. The stellar reviews were a major U-turn from their previous thoughts on the English midfielder after branding him "out of shape" and claiming he needed to "do more" for the team. Valencia spent the international break languishing in the relegation zone but the arrival of new head coach Javier Aguirre brought some hope to the team. They secured a 2-2 draw against Racing with Dani Raba and David Otorbi on the scoresheet.
