Thunder’s Chet Holmgren out indefinitely with knee injury, joining Jalen Williams, Cason Wallace

Oklahoma City Thunder star center Chet Holmgren will miss at least 8-to-10 weeks due to a right knee injury, the team announced on Friday evening. Holmgren, who missed each of the last two games for the Thunder, has been sidelined due to what the team called right knee patellar tendinitis. After experiencing mild discomfort in his right knee on October 25 before the team’s fourth game of the season against the Phoenix Suns, Holmgren had a series of consultations with specialists before a “biological treatment” was performed to address a small patellar tendon tear.
