Alan Shearer makes Liverpool Premier League title claim ahead of Arsenal clash

Alan Shearer thinks Liverpool can be considered genuine Premier League title challengers if they are to beat Arsenal on Sunday. Andoni Iraola ’s side have bounced back impressively from their 3-0 defeat to Manchester City earlier this month, winning five straight games in all competitions. The Reds impressively beat third-place Brighton last weekend and will look to further close the gap on the top two when they host defending champions Arsenal at Anfield. Dominik Szoboszlai ’s thunderous free-kick helped Liverpool claim a narrow 1-0 win when the two sides met on Merseyside last season.
