Brennan keeps his cool in Japan to hold off chasing pack and earn third PGA Tour win

MICHAEL BRENNAN KEPT his cool to hold off a chasing pack that included two-time major champion Xander Schauffele for victory at the Baycurrent Classic in Japan. The 24-year-old claimed his third title on the US PGA Tour and second of the year after emerging from a tight field at Yokohama Country Club. Brennan, who had four birdies and one bogey in his final round, admitted he was nervous after starting the day in a share of the lead.
