Ex-San Francisco Giants Star Pitcher Wins World Series With Brewers

The San Francisco Giants had a disappointing season. They finished with a 65-97 record. It was the second-worst record in the National League. On the flip side, the Giants and the rest of MLB saw the Milwaukee Brewers‘ near-perfect playoff run. The Brewers beat the San Diego Padres 3-1 in the NLDS, swept the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-0 in the NLCS, and won the World Series in 5 games over the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday.
