The San Francisco 49ers didn’t take the field this weekend, as they had a much-needed bye week following a 6-1 start to the NFL season. That gave them a chance to watch the rest of the league, minus a few teams also on a bye, battle it out. That included seeing one of their division rivals, the Arizona Cardinals, pull off a stunning comeback against the Dallas Cowboys to beat them in overtime. However, a familiar face for San Francisco fans went down with what appears to be a serious injury during that game.
