Jaguars' Coen to tweak playcalling after delay of game issues vs. Eagles

LONDON -- Jacksonville Jaguars coach Liam Coen says the blame for the team's three delay of game penalties against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday belongs on his shoulders. Coen said he told the players that the penalties were "directly on me" and that he will get the playcalls in quicker and possibly even shorten some so the same issues don't arise during Sunday's game against the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium.
