Reevaluating 32 bold NFL predictions, five weeks in: Which are on target, and which need a do-over?

Part of making preseason predictions is seeing how those forecasts actually fare. It's easy to predict something, but we also need to check on our predictions and hold ourselves accountable. Before Week 1, I made one bold prediction for every NFL team as part of our lookahead to the 2026 season . These were big swings -- things I thought could happen but would be upsets if they did. And five weeks into the season, we've learned a lot. That makes this a great time to dive back into those preview predictions and find out how things are going.
