Finally, after an ugly 36-24 home loss to Clemson on Saturday night, the Seminoles had finally had enough . On Sunday afternoon, Florida State president Richard McCullough confirmed to ESPN’s Andrea Adelson that Norvell has been fired. Norvell is owed roughly a $50 million buyout, and off-field assistant Rick Stockstill will be the interim coach.
